How much is the equivalent of 30 gramms of fibre

what would it look like.

beacause i dont know if im eating to much or to little.

If you can find these Tortillas then you can easily get 12-36g Fiber daily along with 8-24g protein @ only 80-240 calories. That's 1-3 tortillas.

Man I love tortillas, especially these ones because I don't feel bad eating them! bounce

Don't really get awesome torillas where I live so I havn't had any simce I started this thing, guess you can't miss what you don't have hey. Very Happy

Here are some fiber source options...

1. Whole-grain foods (such as bran cereals) and breads (those made with whole wheat grains).
2. Fresh fruits (including the skin and pulp).
3. Dried or stewed fruits (such as prunes, raisins, or apricots).
4. Root vegetables (such as carrots, turnips, or potatoes).
5. Raw or fresh vegetables, such as cabbage. (Lettuce is actually low in fiber.)

dont go so crazy about having the 'exact' amount of fiber daily, just have some of these stuff and you will be fine.
