Wassup gents!

Well after a long break from the forum and blogging I'm glad to announce that I'm back and 100% dialled in. Gonna be starting the 16 week program again, this time with even more effort. I know Danny is also back in the game, thats great man, you must come on over to the forum and post, life is good here
