Wassup chaps!!

I came up with this idea today, every 10 days I wanna give my body a little shock and do one of Arnel's 300 workouts. Anybody wanna try this out with me?

Thats not a bad idea there Steve! Im thinking more every 14 days as a test - as i test myself saturday morning and this would be a good way to do it!

Ok kewl that's great. I'm going to do it every 10 days. 3000 reps in 100 days, sounds like an adventure lol I'm going to take monday as the first day so my first 300 challenge will be on Wednesday 30th January. Im excited already, those 300 workouts are tough, better go download one now so I know what I'm in for.

Not bad Very Happy . I could substitute 1 routine day with a 300 death challenge. Im in ! cheers

PD. Ill be doing it every 15days. Something like next monday (week4), then wait monday(week6) and so on.
Should be ok with that 24h sunday rest king

I thought i would do a bit of homework for everyone:

30 Reps per exercise x 10 exercises = 300 reps

300 Workout Week 1
Jump Squat
Staggered Push-ups
Alternating Split Jump
Explosive Push-ups
Prison Squat
Hindu Push-ups
Kneeling Band Row
Burpees
Pull-ups
Double Crunch


300 Workout Week 2
Elevated Push-ups with Ball and Band
Dumbell Swing
45 Degree Lat Pull-down
Dumbell Jump Squat
Elevated Push-ups
Split Squat Jump
Seated Band Row
Band Shoulder Press
Dumbell Stationary Lunges - With Minimal Movement
Russian Twist


300 Workout Week 3
Bench Press
1 Arm Dumbell Squat
Barbell Row
Barbell Deadlift
Military Press
Dumbell Swing
45 Degree Lat Pull-down
1 Arm Dumbell Snatch (15 each side)
Elevated Push-ups


300 Workout Week 4
Band Push-ups
Dumbell Jump Squats
Kneeling Band Row
Dumbell Swing
Band Press
1 Arm Dumbell Snatch (15 each side)
Reverse Dumbell fly
Alternating Split Jump with Dumbells
Arnold Press

Ok so that is 4 of the 10 300 workouts. I will try and post the rest up when i get a chance but that covers us for the next 40-60 days depending on when you are going to do it.

Do not forget you should not do this every day, these are one time workouts used as a test - not a training program.

I will be trying to do this continuously. Meaning once i have completed the first 30 reps i will move straight to the next exercise with little or no rest. Shocked That will really shock the body!

Yea you gotta keep these workouts intense, little or no rest, im sure we will all be happy with the extra strength and muscle we will gain by doing this challenge.

I can see my body hating me after doing one of these workout as i will ensure that it is intense, if i do not feel sore, shattered, and dizzy after i will know i have not worked hard enough. 300 reps without rest....seems easy.... pale

Im not too bad with the pull-ups - being honest i think the Burpees will hurt the most. I do a full burpee rather than what Arnel does in his videos. (meaning i include a push-up and jump at the end - and after already doing the explosive push-ups, staggared push-ups, and Jump squats i can imagine it to be tough!)
