Ive recently started with weight training and would say im a tiny bit skinnier than average. Thanks for any advice. Also I know you should eat loads if u want to bulk up if u are a bit skinny but is it okay to still cut out carbs? also would it be bad if I didnt eat all my allotted 2500 calories per day? Im eating about 2000 p-er day. Im 22 yr old male btw. thanks alot!!

Ok so I know you all are busy people but with little contributions I might get far enough.

I need to re-create Arnel's menu. I have been trying it out and the past two weeks have been the most expensive weeks for food I have had in my life (my mom made me pay for all the chicken I had to eat... LOL)

So basically I need something not so expensive and more organized...

I can't afford to be eating 5 or 8 egg whites a day... What happens to the yolk? I can't throw away the rest... ...

Water helps you lose weight in another way, too. You see, when

someone's dehydrated, they might mistake that feeling for hunger.

Some studies show that thirst and hunger are triggered together, so

I just wanted to recommend Flax Seed Oil to all of you, just like Arnel do on his website. You can read a hell of a lot more about it here, http://www.healthcastle.com/flax.shtml

I can't praise it enough, it's amazing what it can do to your body.

Personally I eat 3 x Flax Seed Oil pills per day and I can feel that my body is getting healthier.

I hope it's useful to you, guys!

Ok so i decided to open this topic so we can help each other on the decition to include or not Olive oil in our eating plans. Im confused myself because just to hear the word 'oil' makes me want to reject it, but i've been reading some stuff here and there and it is not that bad. It actually works to prevent a few healthy problems.

Here's a link about it. Please let me know your opinion guys.

I was checking out a website last week where after entering some information it said that I should consume about 2300 calories a day to lose weight. The problem is that after a week I am still at 215. I have been following the rules about eating but feel like 2300 is to many. I know that we don't want our bodies to think we are starving but if I eat every couple of hours(meal replacement shake, Chicken and spinach, apples ect...) won't that tell my body that the food will keep coming even if ...
