As i always say, half of this battle is won not by the amount of abs crunches we do, but for the constantly intake of healthy meals. And i know, believe me i do, that things get veeery boring when you cut your menu to just a few things, thats why im always looking around for new stuff to eat and new ways to cook wutever i already have.
