| I would advise against RedBull. Don't get me wrong as a former RedBull addict I loved the stuff and probably would still be drinking my 2 cans daily if it weren't for my desire to improve further on my body. Here's a post in my blog that describes what I went through breaking my addition. Of course I went cold turkey after many years of 2+ cans daily. YMMV. Here's some more linkage concerning RedBull. |

| RedBull just does not appeal to me, then again I hardly drink anything that is fizzy anyway. Before I got into the health and fitness thing I used to drink like a litre of coke a day, mu sugar levels were muffed up lol _________________ When the voice and the vision on the inside is more profound, clear and loud than the opinions on the outside, you have mastered your destiny.

| I know the feeling Steve, before i started the 16 weeks i was drinking about 6 cans a day of Dr Pepper, when i stopped - MY GOD - the withdrawel was intense. I could not believe i relyed on that much sugar, and stopping really took an effect. I was very doen for a few days, thankfully i am used to it now. _________________ Those who have always yielded to temptation will never know the feeling of standing up to it and the satisfaction of resisting.

| 6 cans a day man, shizzle. That is now hefty overoard lol but I suppose you swim a lot so the extra calories probably where not a problem, but daaamn all that sugar must have messed you up. U do literally get addicted to coke & chocolate etc... because cooked sugar is a drug. Just doesn't have as bad withdrawel syptoms as hard drugs. That's scary _________________ When the voice and the vision on the inside is more profound, clear and loud than the opinions on the outside, you have mastered your destiny.

| Yeah the swimming balanced my old diet of too much coke - i am coping without it so two thumbs up for not drinking it. Thankfully i will never have to find out the withdrawel of hard drugs. I completely support the 100% ME program, no drugs in sports basically. _________________ Those who have always yielded to temptation will never know the feeling of standing up to it and the satisfaction of resisting.
