some great stuff on there check it out and its free.

Daily calorie counts:

Carbs, Fat, and Protein
Weight Loss and Goals

Detailed Nutrition for 1,000's of foods
Long Term Diet Analysis

Its comes in great use to keep a journal like this and to keep track of your diet for the 16 weeks...

Hey man, yea i got the software version of fitday, just install it on my pc, it's way more detailed and way easier to use. U should buy it.

This program amazing, lets you fully map out everything! stoked on being able to add up how much i eat in a day and what im getting out of it, amazing site!
