Has anyone done the zone diet. I'm going to try it. I have a couple of buddies who have had great success with it. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

It's a little overwhelming at first, but they've assured my after about a week, you really get the hang of it and start to see serious results. The book is worth reading, it makes some pretty amazing claims. I'm excited. I could use the energy boost and certainly need something to get my diet in order.
