Here is one that I've been using since day 1: it's simply setting specific eating times for your meals and sticking to it. It takes all the guessing work out of when you should eat, makes your life much more organised and your body will thrive on the consistancy because it will know exactly when it's getting food.
The times that work best for me are as follows:
07:00 (Breakfast)
09:30 (Morning Snack)
12:30 (Lunch)
15:30 (Post Workout shake)
18:00 (Dinner)
20:30 (Light snack)
