You've got to try this one, guys.. This is a great replacement for a meal as well..

1/2 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of almonds
1 big banana
30 grams of whey protein (it can be flavoured, that's alright)
1 cup of milk
1/5 cup of water
Mix everything in a blender and make sure that the raisins and almonds are chopped up real nice..

This smoothie/protein drink is excellent!.. It'll kill even the smallest crave for sugar and sweets you might have and at the same time finish off any hunger you might have..
