You don't actually need all those protein shakes to get great results. The reason people take protein shakes is because they nice and easy to prepare right after a rough workout. You get even better results when your diet consists of 100% whole foods.
So with you, u just gonna have to put in some extra prep time. Prepare a meal with a good amount of carbs, protein and fat for your post workout meal and you should be sorted. Plus the whole food meal will keep you satisfied way longer than a protein shake can
