Joe managed to start something good - a roster of members all wanted the same thing. To improve the way they looked and to improve their lifestyle. I have decided to try and keep this running.

It has already been decided that there will be a second group by the members of the first. One main form of motivation is competition, pushing to better yourself against another. That is what i offer.

Like in the first group; we have 16 weeks. For the purpose of letting as many people as possible join the closing date for entering the roster is Sunday 13th January 2008 with a start date of Monday 14th January 2008. However, this does not mean that you cannot start now - The sooner you start the better!

THE PRIZE: £100/$200.

THE WINNER: I will be speaking to Arnel and seeing if him and his fitness experts will judge the competition. If he is unavalible i may choose to have a online poll, or in fact me and a few of my friends will choose (if i am judging i do not qualify to win.)

Yeah it has been a while. I also dissapeared for a while due to family issues but im back and ready to go.

The aim of the competition is another way to keep motivation and to keep people going - which at the end of the day will help everyone in the long run. I just hope that the competition is enough to get people to want to change and commit themselves to get fit.

Hey guys...
Actually wanted to start beginning of January, but due to the fact that most of last week was spent either eating or moving to my new appartment, I never got around to actually working out.
That's why I will start this week along with some of you.
Tonight I will start my Capoeira training again and tomorrow will be week 1 day 1 workout of the resistance training...
Will update my blog too tomorrow latest and try to get new pics up (at the moment I have no camera, cos I forgot mine new year's eve at my friend's place).

You are right it is all about the journey, however i always find that working for a competition pushes me harder and that is the hope for this - that it wil make people work harder and achieve the results the deserve.
