Post now edited to add my blog. I havn't updated it yet only just loaded up the template and domain reroute. All pic's and nutrition info etc. should be up later tonight after work

I'm only going to post on this forum because I'm not entering Arnel's second competition. We got our own competetion going here and this forum kicks ass, what more do you need!

I can imagine that trying to keep up to date on 3 forums can be difficult, Arnel has so many websites that it's not even funny
