Sorry about the error there Matt, I do a copy and paste with the HTML and i forgot to delete the link in it. Your blog is now listed there.

There is no need to be embarressed, we are all at different abilities and fitness levels but we are all reaching for the same goal. Some people have posted pictures of themselves in their blog because once there is a face to the name there is really no turning back and it makes you work even harder!
